The Preview page shows a live, interactive version of your widget with your current branding, content blocks, and configuration applied. Use it to test appearance and behaviour before publishing changes to real users.
What Preview shows
- Your widget colours, font, and logo exactly as users will see them
- All configured Content Blocks in the Info tab
- The full chat interface (type messages and receive real AI responses)
- Widget position relative to the simulated page background
Chatting in Preview
You can have a full conversation with your AI in Preview. It uses your actual knowledge base, contracts, and chain configuration, the same AI your users will interact with. This makes Preview a useful way to stress-test answers before changes go live.
Preview uses real quota
Conversations in Preview use real AI and count toward your monthly conversation quota. Keep test sessions concise.
Testing branding changes
After updating colours, fonts, or logo on the Branding page, navigate to Preview to confirm everything looks correct. The preview reflects saved branding. Make sure you've saved your changes before checking.
Tip
The Preview page uses a dark simulated background. Most DeFi apps are dark-themed, so this is a realistic test environment. If something looks off here, it'll look off in your app.
