Features

Actions

Let users execute swaps, staking and claims from the chat, signed in their own wallet

Actions is an optional, paid-plan feature that lets your support agent go from explaining to doing: a user asks for something ("swap 10 USDC for your token", "lock 100 tokens for 3 months", "claim my rewards"), the agent prepares the transaction, and the user reviews and signs it in their own wallet. TxID never holds funds, never sends transactions, and takes no fee.

How it works

  • The agent only acts on explicit user requests. It never suggests or recommends trades.
  • Swaps route through the KyberSwap aggregator between your token and major tokens (native, wrapped native, USDC, USDT, DAI).
  • Contract actions (lock, stake, claim, and so on) call write functions on your watched contracts, but only the functions you enable.
  • Every transaction is simulated before the user sees it. If it would revert, the agent explains why instead.
  • Token approvals are exact-amount, never unlimited. If an action fails on-chain, the agent diagnoses it automatically.

Enabling Actions

Go to Dashboard, then Actions. Flip the master switch, set your per-swap USD limit (0 disables swaps), and enable the specific contract functions users may execute. If a function pulls tokens from the user, annotate which token and which argument carries the amount so the agent can handle the approval step.

Safety rails

Off by default. Wallets are screened against the OFAC sanctions list before any action, the feature is geo-restricted in sanctioned regions, and end users see a one-time acknowledgement before their first action.

What users see

A card under the agent's reply summarising the transaction, with a Review in wallet button. Their wallet (MetaMask or compatible) shows the standard confirmation. After it confirms or fails, the agent reports back in the chat.
