Stellar

Live

Expert support for every
Stellar user.

Explain a failed Stellar payment in the words your users use.

Reads the real transactionAnswers inside your productEvery answer, a record

More Stellar transactions fail than on any chain we measure, and most of them fail for a reason the network states precisely and nobody translates. A payment refused on slippage, a missing trustline, a balance that is not spendable because of the reserve: all of these are exact answers sitting inside a result nobody reads. TxID reads it and answers in plain language.

How it works

Support that reads the chain, not a script

A user gets stuck

A Stellar transaction fails, or a balance looks wrong, right inside your app.

TxID investigates

It reads the user's actual Stellar transaction and works out what really happened. Not a generic FAQ.

They get the fix

A clear answer and the exact next step, in your branding, without anyone leaving your product.

See it in action

Watch it diagnose a Stellar failure

This is a scripted example. On Stellar, TxID reads the user's real transaction, finds the actual cause, and hands back the fix, right inside your product.

What it diagnoses

The Stellar failures your users hit

A swap refused on price

The commonest failure on Stellar by a wide margin. Explains that the path moved between the quote and the transaction, that the user's own limit refused it, and that nothing was swapped.

A missing trustline

Explains that the recipient has not yet trusted the asset, or that their limit would be exceeded, which is nothing to do with either side having enough money.

A balance that will not send

Explains the minimum reserve, which rises with every trustline, offer and signer, so a user can see a balance and be unable to spend it.

A transaction that expired

Explains that the time bound passed before it was included, that nothing moved, and that submitting again is safe because the expired one can never execute.

Soroban contract failures

Explains a contract that rejected the call, including inside a fee bump, where the useful detail is otherwise hidden in a second transaction.

Built for Stellar

Not a generic bot with a Stellar logo

TxID is built to read Stellar and understand how it actually behaves, so your users get real answers instead of a canned FAQ.

Reads Stellar directly

Looks up the user's real transaction and on-chain state, then explains it. Never a canned answer.

Speaks Stellar

TxID is built for Stellar rather than adapted to it, so it explains the three things that trip people up and that no other chain has: trustlines, reserves, and a transaction that quietly expired.

Knows the wallet

Checks balance, gas and approvals, and whether the user is even on the right network, before it replies.
